Welcome to Tenant Joy™. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tenant Joy™ platform and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Platform.

Tenant Joy™ is owned and operated by SF Connect LLC, a Texas corporation (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at our discretion. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, or utilizing any of the services provided through Tenant Joy™, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and SF Connect LLC. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Description of Services

Tenant Joy™ offers a variety of property management services to property owners, landlords, tenants, and other users, including but not limited to:

  • Property listings and rental marketing
  • Online rental applications
  • Lease management and document storage
  • Tenant communication and rent payment facilitation
  • Maintenance request management

The specific features and functionality of the Platform may change from time to time at our discretion. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including but not limited to housing and rental laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

In order to access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use a false identity or impersonate any other individual or entity. SF Connect LLC reserves the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts at its discretion, especially if any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

As a user of Tenant Joy™, you agree not to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate behavior on the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Uploading, sharing, or distributing any material that is defamatory, obscene, misleading, or fraudulent
  • Violating or infringing upon the intellectual property rights of SF Connect LLC or others
  • Accessing the Platform using automated means such as bots, spiders, or scrapers
  • Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform or the services provided
  • Using the Platform for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms

SF Connect LLC reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these rules of conduct, including the suspension or termination of access to the Platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property displayed on or accessible through Tenant Joy™, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, images, designs, and software, are the property of SF Connect LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your personal use.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from Tenant Joy™ without the prior written permission of SF Connect LLC.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Tenant Joy™ is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be error-free, secure, or free from interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SF Connect LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform.

8. Termination of Use

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, the law, or the rights of others. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately, and you agree to destroy any materials obtained from the Platform.

9. Amendments and Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will become effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising from your use of the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
